If you follow me you know how important it is to take steps to let go of your ex. Whether you’re able to go No Contact or not, there are things we hold on to whether it be gifts, photos, messages that make it a lot harder to let go of an ex. In this New Year’s Eve workshop we’re going to let go of it together. In this workshop we will:
hold each other accountable to let go of what you need to
share struggles
set intentions for 2023
provide support, affirmation, validation, and accountability to one another
